Privacy Policy

Effective June 21, 2026

1. Overview

This Privacy Policy explains how QuicklyFixPC collects, uses, and protects information when you use our website and remote repair services. By using the services you agree to this Policy and our Terms of Service.

2. Information We Collect

  • Account info: name and email (e.g., when you sign in with Google).
  • Payment info: processed by Stripe; we do not store full card numbers.
  • Service data: the problem you describe, device/system information, and—only during an active session—screen images and command output needed to diagnose and repair your device.
  • Technical data: IP address, browser type, and basic usage analytics.

3. How We Use Information

  • to provide, perform, and improve the Services;
  • to process payments and manage subscriptions;
  • to communicate with you (receipts, session reports, support, shipping);
  • to detect, prevent, and investigate fraud, abuse, and security incidents; and
  • to comply with legal obligations.

4. AI Processing of Session Data

To diagnose and repair your device, limited screen images and system information may be sent to our AI provider(s) (such as Anthropic) and processed solely to perform the Service. You control what is visible on your screen during a session—please avoid displaying passwords or sensitive information. We do not use your session content to train third-party models.

5. Service Providers We Share With

We share information only with providers that help us operate, including:

  • Stripe (payments)
  • Anthropic (AI diagnostics)
  • Cloudflare and our hosting/infrastructure providers
  • Resend (transactional email)
  • EasyPost and carriers (if you order a physical product)
  • Google (authentication, if you sign in with Google)

We do not sell your personal information.

6. Data Retention

We retain account and transaction records as needed for business and legal purposes. Live session data (such as screen images) is processed transiently to perform the Service and is not retained as a persistent recording by us. Session reports and logs may be retained to support you and for security.

7. Security

We use encryption in transit, hardware-bound encryption for agent credentials, access controls, command validation, and monitoring to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. Your Choices & Rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by emailing us. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights (e.g., under CCPA/CPRA or GDPR). We will honor applicable rights requests.

9. Children

The Services are not directed to children under 18, and we do not knowingly collect their information.

10. Changes

We may update this Policy and will post the revised version with a new effective date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
